In
the afternoon a series of games takes place between the four Contradas
(districts) in which this village is subdivided. After the Parade
of Renaissance clothes of 9 p.m., a Joust starts.
Each rider, one for each Contrada, has three series of 2 laps
each at his disposal to slip a star hanging from a lion rampant,
the symbol of the Commune of Bagno a Ripoli, into his sword.
